Into These Broken Panes
From my watch tower

Through, these broken window panes
of this abandoned fire tower of my life
I do look out as
I stand watch over my life
waiting, and looking for
signs and signals of
distant
trouble and distress
careful, and alert a
Constant readiness
Through these broken window panes
living a quiet solitary existence
surrounded by a vastness and beauty
sharing time with the seasons
changing with the rhythms
you broke through, with rays of love
leaving me in a state of
speechless gratitude

An now as I gaze upon the
distant
jagged horizons speckled colored
hilltops
over come by emotion
feeling the warming rays of love
pouring into me through these
broken window panes
that held out so very much
into me you do flow
with your words and feelings
a life force of healing energy
lifting me skyward, upward
beyond the heavens
into this river of ink I am carried
outward onto the currents of
stardust sprinkles, a pathway
upward into this galaxy cluster

Beyond mortal
words
into a sphere of

Eternal bliss
with you I do share this
from your love
through these broken panes
you have entered
