Burnt Offerings’ from a poe[t]

As much as I would love to

arrive

like a little lost doggie in the night

a ghostly pup

running, from an afternoon

cloud burst

I can not …….fathom that

The collision would be to great, ohhhh…soo...the

fatal shock waves

reverberate

stowed up……. emotionionial outpouring

cosmic energy ,unleashed

heaven on earth………it would not be good

And so……..

……and so as I kneel over my smoky fire

place my offerings before the

altar….[of river rocks and golden aspen leaves]

watch the lonesome night stars twinkle

and think about the kiss of friendship

all the ways our lives do blend in this

universe…….

shifting sands in the ………

….stillness…of.. Evenings’

whispered words left unspoken

melted tracks left in the snow

as such as things are left to rest

unsaid

quietly

onward onward

I travel

I like your style it brings wishes to touch happenstance that has come, gone or fancy, easy to relate to. Amy.

.....am i supposed to le.ave a succinct little comment??? on this??? POEtry?...egads. ..
[insert deep breath]
doggies with one eyes, coyotes that howl...
c.loud burst would be th[under]ous indeed--and i can just picture the cascading twilight in harmonica.blues as you 'still' before the echo.ed canyons and dusty thoughts of every.thing spiritual and meaningful...little things that mean the world IS beauty.full.
((and who says heaven on eARTh would not be good))
.... you G0, uncover the discovery of en.compass.ing truth. .but always you will have a place; in a winding coursing vein of a softer river that flows through some hearts...
into the wild again. ..
mon dieu~
)sigh(
bless you~~
keep you~~~

Smooth words and a wonderful ride indeed that shares all of the ups and downs as life is meant to, for without the bad how could we ever measure the good. Well done my friend.
