Thither here and thither fro.
They thither so, they know not where they go.
From the darkness they're in they can not see,
what a horrible place it is to be.
I hope for a light to show them the way,
but their hearts are not pure,
so they're there to stay.
It's sad to see them grope and seek,
but till they find goodness inside
in the darkness is where they will hide.
I hope they will change their deceitful ways,
so a bright light can shine down and show them the light of day.
Darkness and light-and all that's right
Good and bad-oh how sad
Hate and love-it's push and shove
Right and wrong-how long will it keep going on?
The path they chose caused them to lose.
I hope it won't be long until a bright star from above,
comes shining through to show them what is love.
I pray all that is good and all that is light
will win in the end
so their path will be lit
and their days will be bright.
