You hear something funny, and then it starts to form in your mouth. Your ends of lips begin to curl upwards. A smile forms on your face, and then a laugh begins to form. It comes from deep within your heart. You laugh so hard there are tears in your eyes!

Ahh now the giggles, thats something i can get when i'm not supposed to,but what a giggle i have trying to curtail the said giggles, quite a giggle indeed, a lovely true sweet poem that made me smile and like all good giggles they start from a smile, take care...Mark

My daughter and I used to do this while we sang in the choir
and then everyone else would pick it up and to our great
surprise the stiff lipped director also would laugh...
they say laughter is the best medicine and I believe it..
