I found the “headline” on an enlarged newspaper copy, on a display board, outside a health shop in our local high street.
My added comment in the two-line couplet came to me in a snap. I just could not resist it.

I have received countless little (and sometimes painful) pricks over the last ten months for a deep condition and slowly over time; together with copious amounts of Traditional Chinese Medicine herbs I have been improving ... but other measures still need to be taken! Oh, if only I was trying to be pregnant ... not that I desire to thankfully, but it would seem a lot simpler involving fewer little pricks!!
