I wrote this a couple of days ago after reading about the First Family's upcoming vacation plans.
Then, I decided not to post it. I guess I was thinking in the
POLITICALLY CORRECT mode.
Now THAT scares the heck out of me! lol
So, I forgot about being "POLITICALLY CORRECT" and quickly adjusted my thinking back to where it should be, back into the "COMMON SENSE" mode.
When did you all take your last vacation? THIS IS SIMPLY WRONG !
Then, seeing as we're in the mood to take shots at politicians and Christians, I said, "What the heck." I speak only the truth anyway; so enjoy this and then jump all over me for speaking my mind. The facts speak for themselves. What has this administration really done for us; the regular Joes and Janes in America?

Yet, a vacation you need to take? In August on Martha's Vineyard,
At a twenty million dollar estate. Mr. Obama, this is so wrong,
Why don't you lead by example?
Make the changes that you promised!

You're failing in the ultimate test;
Political greed took you over,
Proves you're no better than all the rest.
I just had to voice my opinion,
As our veterans sleep in the street;
Sir, if you really care, then prove it !
Or were you just playing "Trick or Treat?"
Prove that all your critics are wrong,
Prove to us all you truly care;
That's the challenge I make to you,
But, I believe you won't take this dare !
Enjoy yourself on that island,
But do it with your own money;
Don't waste our taxes frivolously,
Show us all you're not just a phony.
Freedom of speech in this country allows people to express their feeling and you have expressed yours quite well in this timely write.

I haven't had a vacation, not even a weekend one in five years and I may never have one again. I'm relieved now if I have a roof and food. Medical care?? That's just an impossibility along with vacations. We need major reform with some mercy extended to the middle class and to Veterans.
Paul, there are those strong supporters of the Obama administration who might be offended by this, but we do still have free speech and we'd better damn well exercise it while we can. BRAVO for stating your feelings about frivilous spending by our so-called leader.
I was just as angry when I discovered Michelle had taken a hop to Paris and England on a 747 with her children to go shopping. Just imagine how much of the tax payers money was spent on that trip and how many hungry people it would have fed.
Very tellin-it-as-you-see-it, and with all due respect, Paul, and there should be no bar on that while freedom of speech still exists... whether or not it does, of course, is another issue. Though same the world over with globalisation in place, I'm afraid. It seems to be only the French (in our "united" confederates) who still lift two fingers to the rest of the world and get away with it... but, then again, twas ever thus.
