Death finds us all But in the passing what awaits us?

Easy was a stranger to the moment As death’s shadow foretold the news A long awaited message All the same not easy to consume Now before an anxious few A finality that sorrow fills the soul The task ahead to ease the pain The messenger of doom Now in circumstance’s blackness Finality awaits its messenger And I reluctant in my charge Deliver that which crushes the heart God help us all in these times Loved ones passing into your charge Amen Copyright – Michael R.
