Peace is not the absence of problems, it is the Presence of God.

Across the distant shores,
Where Silence dwells with Solitude
A place I've been before,
Where Peace had been my daily food.

Soothing songs of palm trees
Dance with the breeze Tranquility-
Sways my hammock gently,
And restful sleep comes easily.

As blue waves kiss the shore,
And salty air embraces me-
Calls to my very core,
Songs from the Mermaid of the Sea.

In my island far away,
I always have companions,
Share my time, know my ways-
Shape my thoughts and my opinions.

I will never be alone,
For they are in this island,
My Pen, my Books, my Phone,
As I take the trip in my mind.
