^♫_♫It’s off to work I go.
Running here and there,
Running everywhere.
From one closet to another,
What DO I wear? 

It’s late.
It’s late.
I’m soooo very late,
For an important date.  “$$$”

If I only had a brain. 
            I wouldn’t miss the train.
            Even in the pouring rain.
            I’d know what to wear.
            And, wouldn’t be late.

There’s no place like home.
            Free from the hustle and bustle.
            Wouldn’t miss the train.
            No walking in the pouring rain.
            Wouldn’t care what I wear.
            Would already be there.

The cow jumped over the moon –
To get away
            From life’s hustle and bustle;
            Cause he can’t get a ticket on the train;
            From the lousy the rain;
            From having to wear the same outfit every day.
Mostly,
He doesn’t want to be dinner at somebody’s home, today!
