The Moon was Full
By Kathy Armijo

The moon was full

It wasn’t even Halloween

My cats were running at full tilt

You’d think the house was a speedway

Round the living room

Down the hall

Almost bouncing off the wall

Is it the pre-trials for the Cat 500

Or the actual race

Sasha’s in the lead

Toby’s behind by a whisker

They’ve gone round five times

You can almost set your clock by them

In an hour and a half the next leg of the race begins

But for now

The quiet is quite loud.

Note:  Toby found a plastic bag and ran his neck through it.  He looks like Toby, Super-cat.  What will be his next escapade?  Only tomorrow will tell.

All my animals act up during a full moon, but they do live with a wolfman, after all. And I'll bet five bucks on Toby!

A dog-man can't talk about cat less the mutt hears him.
But that kitty can make friends with anyone.

They are a joy to cuddle and watch their antics. I had a cat when I was a youngster until he ate my mothers singing canary and I never did find out what happened to him.

Cats are a joy, and so are dogs, I have a handful of cats and three dogs myself, but my baby, the one I am most connected to is my poodle Abby and my Cat Tillie who I rescued, because they were wanting to put her to sleep, shes healthy as s horse now though
God Bless

Amazing the sounds of silence.
Not so amazing, the Feline need to run all over the house.
