sometimes it is like sitting in the eye of the storm

around the perimeter is some other reality

whirlwinds of activity, shaking loose debris

simplicity has provided a sanctuary of tranquility

to sit and not think, silencing mind chatter

watching the migrating birds arrive to drink, feed, and rest

energetic waves pulse through at night

incredible vibrations stirring up the etheric sludge

and clearing it through our biology

chills of theta, fevering heat of delta

alignments, frequencies, awareness

no longer holding the manipulated inappropriate

stories of  victims and dramas, those currents are interrupted

and replaced with sensations of understanding the game

a peaceful calm noticed and experienced

projecting a new earthly reality, afterall wasn’t that

the experience we all came here for?

the shifts are in progress….

I so love this. And, I love the painting - it makes me want to get out my oils.

Let's hope the "shifts are in progress" -more people like you and I know we would attain "rightness". This line caught my feelings:
"watching the migrating birds arrive to drink, feed, and rest" It just seems yesterday I refreshed myself watching them come through this dismal "hot box" now they are gone, home to you and other northerners. THEY (the birds) have the right idea; I wish I could follow them...
(sorry I haven't kept up with your great poems, I'll try to get back)
