i visit a playground filled with children
maybe the ages are 4 to 10
squealing delight over slides and swings
caring only for this moment in time
they don't read the paper nor understand war
if they watch tv it's usually cartoons
turning the channel when the news comes on
don't care whose president or ruling the earth
in their childlike wonder there is peace in their world
could you imagine that moment like they do
forget adult and all of your views
imagination truly is a power filled thing
and sent as a prayer an effect you would bring
*today a group of people are in Israel
imagining a planet of peace..please take a moment
right now and allow yourself to pray as if you believed like children
the paradise of peace already exists..* (it's ok to pretend)
Beautifully written, I pray for peace daily. Life is meant to live and enjoy not have it taken away. To be a child once again how grand that would be.
