into a starlit path

it's hard to tell the grass is green

my hands were falling gently

but I cought them with my wrists

a bracelet almost did slip...

to catch the gleam of glitter

in the silvery moonlight

I shouldn't feel a fright

the house is in view now

I'm stumbling but laughing

this is no tragedy

unless you don't know me...then you might wonder

oh but a smile, a delicate smile

and a convincing demeanor will say

I'm not that drunk my friend

you walk the other way

and I stay steady on my path

people don't know what to say

I can hardly hold back my laugh

a glistening tiara...in the distance

is me gliding through the night
