In my own little part of the world

I can see heavenly stars…

beautiful sunrises and sunsets

flora and fauna abounding

glorious days fading to still nights.

In my own little part of the world

I can envision peace

I can envision bounty

I can envision health

I can envision love.

In my own little part of the world

I see people ‘fessing up to their responsibilities

I see safety for our playing children

I envision Evil being overrun

by people living through the word of God

In my own little part of the world

there would be feasts for all to share

shelter for all those in need

comfort for those who have grieved,

cures for those who have ailed.

When it’s our time, we are invited to share

this little part of the world.

Through God’s Grace we will find it…

It’s called Heaven
