Within the silver city
just sitting there so pretty
was a lady there dressed all in white

She had a certain dream
as real as it did seem
to be rescued by a brave and handsome knight

She dreamed that every night
that dragons he would fight
in the gloom of its very cave

She dreamed of courtly love
the throwing down a glove
all for her honor there to save

Yet no knights came a riding
and no dragons came a gliding
to pluck her from her cabin door

But yet there was one man
who upon her door did stand
and came to listen more and more

He was not the fighting type
and definatally not a knight
but every day he would bring her flowers of blue

She realised that he cared
and actually despaired
when they parted company at night

But soon they did marry
and in her heart did she carry
the belief of meeting Mr Right

To dream of dragons and of knights
having duels and fights
and of the mermaids in the sea

Just remember whats within
for some knights are hidden
and in front of you with flowers they may be
