Poem Artwork

Bring That Nose Back To Earth

Please little missy, don’t turn that snoot of yours up at me,
You have it so high in the air, that it’ll get stuck in a tree.
Come down to earth my little one, where all the real people are,
And please stop acting like you’re the chosen one, or a movie star.

Beauty begins from deep inside, & then comes shining through.
Work on your heart and thoughts deep within, then others will see it in you.
So bring that nose of yours back to earth, and realize we’re all the same.
Then you will have everything you need, and all will lovingly remember your name.

Bonnie May

Bonnie May, you're a hoot! Between the picture and the poetry, I'll have a hard time getting this one off my mind.
The comments below are funny, too!
Thanks for the laughs.

I can't stand people who think they are better than everyone else; know a few like that, friends as well as family. Sad!

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :(

Excellent writing, Bonnie; brava!
