When they say, "Love is Blind," this is one of those cases.

Poem Artwork

Eyes Wide Open!

Oh my, what is it, that stands in front of me?
Is it human or a joke in front of me I see?
The eyes look scary and intimating which would frighten anyone.
And here I stand alone, without my trusted gun.

When the thrill wears off, and your eyes are finally opened wide.
You see the person standing before you, with nothing left to hide.
You wonder how you could have been, so brainless or so blind.
What in the world were you thinking and did you lose your mind?

All you wanted was someone to share your life and lot,
With eyes wide-opened now you see, that this is what you got!

Know the person well before you tie the knot and the surprises will be reduced.

Hahahaha...and it wasn't Halloween, Bonnie? What to my wondering eyes should appear? Not Santa, for sure!
Someone's gonna be in trouble for sharing this photo, I think...LOL
Funny...Funny!
