Erasers On Our Heads!
Wouldn’t it be nice if we came with erasers
so we could erase things we’ve done wrong?
We could do it over and over again;
we could do it all day long
I don’t know where God would put it;
probably on a finger or our head.
Just as long as it was available,
when something said had to be unsaid.
You’ve probably never gave this a thought
because you don’t make many errors.
But those of us that do make mistakes,
would probably really care.
Just think of the advantage that
we would have over all of you.
Nothing ever wrong recorded,
and only good things listed too.
We could change our tests in school
or redo the mistakes of the past.
It would be wonderful if mistakes could be undone,
so they wouldn’t last?
But since God didn’t put erasers on his creation of man.
I think HE wants us to get it right the first time or do the best we can.
