You've gone through the worst, now the cough is necessary as it puts out of your system what is left of the virus...it may not be fun, but its part of the way the virus runs through your system...suck on hard candies or those Ricolli type of things...available at your pharmacy...this has been a recorded message...(I got the info, just was out all day Monday & most likely Tuesday, gotta take Rufuz to the beach again) ED

Sorry you're having so much trouble. I had a similar problem where I couldn't even get through a sentence without coughing. It turned out to be one of my blood pressure medications. The coughing cleared when they switched me out. Hope you get well soon. Liz

Maybe you have allergies? Asthma, perhaps? Or bronchitis?? Gosh, I hope not! (I have allergies; I'm allergic to Karla--KIDDING!! LOL Never had 'em until I came to Texas; think it's all the ragweed, mountain cedar, cottonwood in the air or all the ozone on bad air days. NICE! NOT!) Hope y'all get to feelin' better; I'll say a special prayer of healin' for you, and so will Karla! Love you!

I also have sinus problems; cough most in the a.m. or when Karla makes me laugh, like she did the other night. She got them puppers stirred up! LOLOL

Hope you feel better SOON! I have a hacking cough, but it's from smoking - you don't smoke, do you? If now, a good time to quit (yeah, yeah, don't listen to stubborn ole, ciggie smokin' me. If I could, I'd give the durn things up! LOL Karen's the good girl: she doesn't smoke, and yet SHE'S the one with high blood pressure and other is-sues. And it's NOT because of me smoking: do that nasty habit outside, away from her).

I used to cough a lot for no reason what so ever

My Dr. Send me to a sleep study

Now I sleep with a C-pap machine the cough is gone

and I sllep well wake up ever morning refresh

Sounds like your bronchial tubes are still congested. Keep drinking a lot of water and take your cough medicine and you'll be good as new in no time. Keep warm and you are in my prayers.
