An Unusual Character!
I’m a unique & true gem; I’m different from all the rest.
I’m part bird and alligator & of each of them I have the best.
I can sing like a canary and I can tear apart your shoe.
When you try to kick me, I can eat every part of you.
But I’m a good natured fella and I leave well enough alone.
Until someone bothers me, then you can hear them moan.
For I can fly and run faster than any man on this earth.
When they make fun of my beauty with laughter & mirth.
It’s not right humilating me just because I’m different or diverse.
For I can do more than you can, I can do a whole lot worse.
I could bite the hand that feeds me, and swallow it right down.
Or I could poop on your head instead of using the grassy ground.
So remember when you see me to show respect & not be so blind.
I promise not to laugh at you too, because you are of the humankind.
We can all get along well together if we just accept one another.
And I promise I won’t, if you don’t, ask what in the world was your Mother?
