Pirates

The black flagged Pirate ship

Hove Into sight and hope was lost.

Death with no mercy was immediate,

The cargo was confiscated and the

Two ships at sea became one.

 

 A crew dead and gone without trace.

 The floating spars of the doomed ship,

 Mute evidence of slaughter,

 Silently dispersed and drifted away

Along with the souls.
