The Rapture And The Glory

Have mercy on the people
who deal with all the evil ,
they’ve all got their instruction
and they’re hell bent on destruction ,
but there’s always nights of heaven
and there will be days of glory
when God will have his way ,
its an never ending story
in the rapture and the glory
when the battle has been won
in a time that is to come
and In the days that lie ahead
when the moon turns into red ,
have mercy on the people ,
when the fire falls from the sky ,
and the angels from on high
descend upon the city
and there won’t be any pity
as the truth falls on the path
burning up the chaff
and on that day they’ll cry out ,
everyone will have to shout out ,
Lord have mercy , save our soul
everything has been foretold
and God will have his way
in the end on judgement day
in the rapture and the glory
and the end of the story
In the days that lie ahead
when the moon turns to red
have mercy on the people
and take them from the city ,
the innocent and true
they’ll be counting on you ,
Lord have mercy on that day ,
here's hoping that you do ,
In the rapture and the glory
and the end to the story
has already been foretold
when God will have his way …..
and God will have his way……
and God will have his way .
