When Charity ,
she and me ,
sat down upon the ground,
you see ,
upon a mountain high above,
you couldn’t heard a sound .

Then she began to talk to me
and I fell in love ,
instantly in my heart I could see .
What a blessing I had found .
I saw in her something rare and true ,
that gave me hope
and helped me to pull through .

In her eyes and in her heart
love came shining through .

Heaven help me
for I don’t know what to do .

Lord above I’m in love with Charity.

I sat down on a mountain of love
and all that I was thinking of
is how beautiful it is to be
here with Charity .

Will she stay or walk away .

I cannot forget the day
when she and I sat on the ground
and love was all around .
