I hate her…
Never saw her face
Don’t know her name or the color of her hair
Don’t know where she works
Or what she believes in
Whether she is a good person
Doesn’t matter at all to me
I hate her…

When you talk about the pain she causes
I hate her…
Not because she hurt you, really
Although I would pretend that were it
If I could get by with it

I hate her…
Not because of the love you feel for her
Though it bothers me a little
Not because of the great sex
I’m sure you have
Although I could do it better

Its not that logical, this hate I have for her
Its not that sensible and explainable
Its not something I can
Reason out and work thru

Its just because she's real
She’s not a name on msn
A picture on a pc
She’s flesh and blood
Right or wrong
She
Is there
And for that
I hate her

i give up...please read my article on poetic license. I don't hate the girl, she isn't even a girl, she is a situation, a thought....oh hell, the article explains it better i hope

Its a Thing Called Poetic License

it's hard being someone's friend and seeing them hurt and go through the pains caused by another while we standby and watch it happen.
especially when we feel we could be so much better for that person. Yup I was there. And I probably got the wrong message from this but I claim "Readers License"

I 'hated' Alan's ex for the same reason. Thank God, that's history. This is great. BTW, loved the pun in your last comment. ;)

while you used the word "hate" often in this piece, i like the feeling of the piece, that this still is ill definition for what you feel ... that struggle was apparent.

Hi Sue,
Guess the fish were not biting in Red Bay judging by that little lot.
Glad to see your back on form.

Well, I can never say such strong word on another person that I don't even know.

I can only say that I dislike a person because.....

I can never use the word "hate".

But then again this is only my personal humble opinion and feelings.
