I want to, I really do
But I just can’t
I try, I try so hard
But I just can’t
I ache for the chance
I want to, can’t you see
But I just can’t
I sit out every dance
Not cause I want to
Why can’t you tell me
Why I want to so bad
And still I just can’t
Every one else does
I see it every day…
They know how and do it well
I could too, if you show me the way
Please can’t you see
How badly I want to
And how much I just can’t
Is love this hard for everyone?

This REALLY hits home for me! Nice to read something about something I have thought many times...

Hi Sue,
I believe it is for the most part. Please read my post today, it speaks on the same subject.
Good question and you know how I like questions! Gregg
If love would have been easy for me when I was young...I never would have learned to appreciate it so much now. Sometimes in love we become our own worst enemies. But eventually we find the magic and submit unrestricted to its power.

GREAT write, sue! TEN PLUS!!! :) the first encounter with love seems to always be the best. after that, it's not as easy...it sucks, actually...unless you get very lucky. (((HUGS))) and love, karla. :)
