I think about a babe that was born,

became a man was shunned and scorned.

Twas Jesus Christ born in a manger,

still today keeps us from danger!

His message is true as the sky is blue,

let  it take root like a tree in your heart.

God's Word will nourish and strenghen it.

living waters shall rush and will never part. 

Earth's living soil cause the grass to turn green.

Live abounds many insects scurry around.

The wind swift blow to announce her show,

trees mostly brown so regal their crowns.

The day blooms at dusk real quick it's light,

unseen demons vanquished from sight,

work mostly in the dark when we're afright.

So defeated a foe nearly two thousand yeaars ago!

Christ died in agony rose in glory,

His resurrection the present day story.

The prisoners loose captives set free,

God's eternal plan complete victory!
