A tribute to child abuse month, though I was inspire to revisit this poem I wrote, a few years ago about child abuse by Linda Hill and her friend Diana Norris. Ms. Norris poem about child abuse must never be silent and this is why I want them to know that I am in the struggle that never ends and we are the guardians and voices for the children. And some of these abused children will be in charge of our tomorrows! My question is what have you done for a child lately? Never forget young and middle age people if you live long enough you will get old: pray and do for our children and by all means defend them this is your duty to the world and the children.

His pain horrific a man so mean,

scared stiff you better not scream!

This little boy has been raped!

Yes, so sexually abused,

and his fragile body misused.

How depraved you are to me,

lusting for our children

in a dying society!

Will the world hear his cry,

haunted daily nightly die?

The nightmarish fiends and horror scenes,

flashbacks replayed in his head,

of a sordid and dirty bed!

Wow, in his mama's head he's OK!

That husband or man she loves so,

so abase how low will they go?

Still the children hidden fears,  tears,

and pain bestiality through the years!

Love, hug, kiss your kids watch them close,

like sweet creamy butter is to toast,

especially the one's you love most!

For some your dream boat might sail in.

And rape, sexually abuse

your voiceless child somehow misuse.

Taxes and gifts won't pay your dues,

in a dying society.

We definitely reside in a society that is losing the way. I can appreciate this, it makes people aware!

Thank you from a person who experienced abuse. This speaks loud and clear.

Michael,
Thank you for standing up for child abuse and for reviewing Diana's poem. They are so afraid to speak up for themselves , Michael. They need a voice such as ours to speak, shout, yell for them. Your poem is awesome, it tells it like it is. Every man or woman who abuses a child needs to read this. Again, THANK YOU!

Blessings to you,
~Linda
