How will the battle hymn be sung,
or his epitaph be read.
A stranger in his homeland,
greed and bullets entered his head!
Anthony Rggs I know you're up there.
gave this country your dieing share,
and most always it's God who care,
your're in his bosom peace fills the air.
For your death the guilty will pay,
mans' burden will be harsh but tough.
And when their souls must deal with God,
hell to me isn't good enough!
When you were in the Persian Gulf,
fighting for Kuwait on desert's hot sand.
Their rights, oil, and liberation,
where many nations took a stand.
In a war that nobody wins,
but liberty springs and hovers high.
And burns in the heart of many,
until angels hear pity's cry!
Darkness looms over America,
violence, drugs on most city streets.
The old forgotton and young abondoned,
our war now to rebuild and compete.
We must teach all children values,
they are our greatest resource ever.
Love. education, through wisdom,
die trying for this endeavor.
My blood runs cold, hear my cry America?
The Kennedys's and Martin Luther King,
illustrious leaders with vision,
now, Sgt. Riggs has seen their dream!
(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
Be always safe,
Karen
