The scars of war are insurmountable, and terrible especially on our children. Often they feel hopeless and some examples to often are hypocritical. There are solutions to disagreements other than combat such as discussions.

War, what is it good for?

To the victor economic supremacy!

But to the loser devestation.

Yet, never to rise of flow with the tide,

but sink to desperation in the whirpools

of restless violent seas.

The scars and bruises of war are

parentless girls and fatherless boys,

and societies ills being fulfill

in our children's hearts!

Revealed by their kills and their necks

held high, encompassed with gold,

brazen, and bold, new challenges unfold.

Kids snort at life and snarl at death,

untill hell becomes a reality!

Yes, an incomprehensible fire burning,

eternally in the abyss of total gross darkness,

and unquenchable unimaginable agony!

Whether the enemy be outside or borders,

or terorize us inside of our souls!

Reviews of "The Vestiges of War"

War is as it should be, a last resort, not a first as too many are permanently scarred and the hatred festering within grows. A very poignant flow of the pen in this piece of truth and reality...

Be alway safe,
Karen

I have taken pride in writing this novel as so many people have the wrong impression on bikers because they dress in leather clothing which is to protect themselves in case of an accident. The majority of bikers are known Policemen, Firemen, Doctors,
