He Rose Just As He Said

Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ rose from the dead just as he said. God loves righteousness and the works and fruits thereof from every nation, kindered, and tongue: the blessing will come. Peace may it never cease from this earth!

Lord you are very good to me,

so long ago you set the world free!

Beaten beyond recognition terribly,

died on a cross at Calvary!

I love the old ruggged cross that tree,

you went to hell and set the captives free!

Brought heaven to hell no greater power there be,

you defeated Satan when you died on that tree!

The grave could not hold you demons lost the fight,

on earh again you glowed garments lily white!

You opened blind eyes so people could see,

hypocritical elders, priest, and pharisee.

Mary Magalene saw you Lord near the tomb,

a balmy Spring day roses in bloom.

She told the apostles Jesus is not dead,

this is the third day He has risen just as He said!

Peter and another apostle rushed to the tomb,

a balmy day, early morning, before noon.

An angel whose clothes were fuller's white said,

Lord Jesus is not here God has raised hm from the dead!

Happy and blest Resurrection Sunday ( Easter)

However your praise GOD is alright and accepted by Him.

But I am thanking Him, praising Him,  and adoring Him for His glory and

for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, the Messiah: soon

will come supreme King, Judge and Savior of the world.
