Marie was a friend of mine a very long time ago. She wanted to be loved and someone to love her and she died fighting the battle against drug abuse!

People what have I done so wrong?
Sorrow, misery despair follows me,
drugs in my body won't let me stay free!
There must be an answer up there,

I will shed a tear or two,
for love there's nothing I won't do.
It is not just an issue of pride,
all that stuff I cast aside.
I am on my way to greater things.
peace eludes me the needle remains!
I search for love on city streets,
John's and tricks are all I meet!
Someday love will meet me,
and in my heart will greet me.
Will take me out of miseries despair,

I have a friend who teacher me.
and says hope in the Lord God above,
creator of all things righteous,
good and beautiful,
especially the gift of love.
