They were slain on the streets for love,
created in heaven by God above!
A routine traffic stop everyday,
shot in their cruiser like criminals,
such heinous crimes the guilty will pay!

received a life saving medal,
gave his life doing what he loved most!
Jennifer quiet, brave and serene,
among those unique humans beings.
But when God above his children call,
their kissed with grace as they fall!
I am sad, angry and daily I pray,
for streets in this country,
to be safe today!
