Because all magic is is smoke and mirrors - an illusory image perpetrated by one's mind.
Magician, Magician Conjure me something! I would, my child, But I'm busy this day. Magician, Magician Conjure me something! I would, my child, But it's time for my nap. Magician, Magician Conjure me something! I would, my child, But I haven't yet eaten. Magician, Magician Conjure me something! I can't, my child, I forgot my smoke and mirrors.
