In this picture is a precious little boy going through something that children should not have to face. He's 2 1/2 years old and he has hepatoblastoma, a form of liver cancer that has spread to his spleen and both lungs. I hope you have all read my last two updates...His name is Zack Hostad. His grandmother is Beth Boyer, his Mom and Dad is Mike and Becky. Our prayers are still needed for this beautiful child of God. He recently went to Disneyland and had a great time. This picture was taken at Santas Village. Zack is feeling better , and getting some of his spirit back. He is in chemotherapy. PLEASE continue your prayers for this precious child. Who can look at this sweet face and not be moved to tears? I have never met this little boy , but I love him so much. He has captured my heart. Pray that God will watch over and care for him. That He will continue to bless and hold him close. According to the doctors Zack has one to three months left. Let us pray they are pain-free ones for this angel of God.

I wish to say a special THANK YOU to Beth, (Zack's grandmother) , Mike. (Zack's Dad) and Becky (His Mom) for allowing me to do these tributes and giving me permission to use his pictures. God be with you all and give you strength and courage.
Again, a beautiful tribute to my grandson. Since he doesn't talk, I can almost hear him reciting this poem. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! The saddest part of Zack's illness, is when we were trying to cure him, he was not himself. Angry, scared, sick, and confused. You see, when he was diagnosed, he appeared to be a healthy, vibrant, happy little 2 year old.
Then he went for chemo, and became very sick, tired, and confused.(why are they doing this to me? I don't feel sick!!)
Now, no chemo-no poisons to kill those bad cells and injure his good cells. He is almost the same little boy I remember before his was diagnosed. I would rather have him with us the way he is now, than to extend his life with him mad at the whole world. He laughs and I mean DEEP belly laughs. To look at him, he looks like a kid that didn't grow any hair with a fantastic tan people are envious of.
I want to thank you again, Linda, for this lovely tribute. I feel you and your beautiful friends here at AD, are a part of my extended family. I have kept every review and comment. Thank you all for keeping my little grandson in your prayers. Miracles happen every day, let Zack be one of the greatest miracles ever.(whether here or in heaven.) I feel God has already worked a miracle by letting people around the world, know and love Zack as if he were their own. I love each and every one of you, especially you, Linda. Thank you all!!!!

I couldn't hold back the tears or stop the pain in my heart for this child. You have presented Zack's story in such a heart felt
of wonderful manner. Linda if love and prayers of an Angel will save him. Your exercising God's will makes it something that we can believe in. No matter what happens, we are here for this child. Bill Hugs for Zack!

Life is some times unfathomable and the good book says every thing happens for the best. Let us hope for a Miracle and pray for this sweet child. Nothing is impossible for HIM.
And FAITH is great. May the Lord hear the prayers of all of us and show mercy to this child.
