I'm thankful for my eyes There are so many who can't see I'm thankful for my life For all my family I thank God I can hear I can breathe, I can talk For waking me this morning Allowing me to walk +++++++ I'm thankful for each moment Every laugh, every tear For holding my hand thru the hard times For letting me live another year I'm thankful for our freedom For my church and my home Some can't have a Bible All their privileges are gone +++++ I'm thankful for my loved ones And for AuthorsDen I've met some talented writers here I'm proud to call a friend I take nothing for granted We're not promised another day I'm thankful for my blessings I could never repay... ~Linda Hill 2010 (C)
