God be with all the families in the Boston Marathon tragedy. One of the ones killed was an 8 yr. old boy named Martin Richard. This is a tribute to him...

I'm sorry Mommy and Daddy That too soon I had to go God has everything planned In ways we do not know Wipe away your tears, Mom I'm in a happy place There's no pain here at all Only joy on every face I'm sorry Mommy and Daddy For the pain you're going through I ask Jesus to send His angels To please watch over you If you could only see Heaven You wouldn't cry for me Angel's like to hold my hand And I sit on Jesus's knee I'm sorry Mommy and Daddy Please try hard to be strong Jesus needed one more angel This is where I belong Think of all our good memories And even thou we are apart Part of me will never die Because I live in your heart... +Linda Hill 2013

A fitting tribute! Well written, Linda. It is as it should be. Sadly, the ones left behind feel the paid of loss even though, as Christians, they know their loved one is with Jesus.

Such wonderful, comforting words you have written. I just read your piece to my wife, and we both were deeply touched. I especially liked it where you said, "Angels like to hold my hand, and I sit on Jesus' knee." Although I am deeply saddened by what happened in Boston, I just have to smile at the thought of an angel holding a child's hand and that same child sitting on Jesus' knee. Such beautiful thoughts. Thanks for writing it for us.
