I have not posted in the Den in quite a while and I appolize. I've been depressed over the death of my precious dog Blackie. He meant so much to me. We had 11 years of joy. I hope you enjoy my post. God bless.
If God will send His angels
To our ravaged land
Wipe off the blood and teardrops
Proudly let it stand
If God will send His angels
To a sick, dying child
Hold his hand in silence and
Prayer for awhile
If God will send His angels
To the homeless and alone
Give them comfort and solace
Until there tears are gone
If God will send His angels
To that precious teenage girl
Pregnant and frightened
Left alone in the world
If God will send His angels
To wrap their arms around
That man trying to take his life
Death does not make a sound
If God will send His angels
To that soul being abused
Who are unable to speak
Afraid to name the accused
If God will send His angels
Show each man their worth
Shine their LOVE and Kindness
And Peace on this Earth..
If God will send His angels
Their mercy will abound
There are angels everywhere

We all need to look around for both the suffering and the angels. Thank you for your kind and very encouraging comment on "The Man," Linda! My concern is for the incarcerated. Most of them grew up in a world totally different from mine. Yesterday I met with about thirty inmates at the State Jail. Glory to God, we were all blessed! Linda Hill is now on my prayer list.

When my tiniest grandson was born, weighing just under 2 lbs, he was isolated a lot and no one could hold him. I asked God to send His angels to cuddle and comfort Baby Aaron. I'm sure He did!..Aaron is now 18 years old and not tiny anymore!
