My Little Miracle
(For Max – My precious Grandson)
A miracle of life’s most precious gifts,
Soft and warm, loving and sweet
The answers to all of life’s riddles
He innocently holds in his tiny hands!
His laughter is like a symphony
That lifts my heart and calms my soul!
In him lies the purest form of humanity
Completely without bias, he is love!
Child of my child, he is part of me
His heart forever attached
To a grandmother that will cherish
All that he is and all that he will be!
For with everything wrong in this world,
He is everything right!
And I am a grandmother…
That knows a miracle when I see one!

Your friend, and a grandpa myself, five times over; Mark
I bet you are a fun grandma, and very central in his world, too Anna.
This too is a perfect poem in an imperfect world!
Love,
Christine
