Father comes a running when I call HIM,
Father picks me up when I fall down,
Father starts my heart up
when it's stalling,
and when I cry alone
HE is around.

Father never leaves me in the 'murk-ness',
Father lights HIS face inside my eye,
Father is my candle in this circus,
Father is the arm that lifts me high.

I don't want to be here if HE leaves me,
I don't want this world
without HIM close,
I can't do it,
it's too hard (life grieves me,)
and HE alone is what I stay for, most.

None can see into my heart except HIM,
none can fill my emptiness but HE,
for all our crazy antics are inept in
this paradise HE made for you and me.

Father comes a running when I call HIM,
father picks me up when I fall down,
father lifts my soul up when it's falling,
and when I finally die...
HE'LL take me home.

Father I'm unworthy that you love me,
Father I am humble that you care,
and Father,
there will be no one ABOVE thee,
in my heart ,or life... or... anywhere.

OOOh how did I miss this gem, what a loving and truthful account of how our Heavenly Father is. No doubt about HIM, he is always with us, it is just us, who put him in the closet when we think we can do it our way, foolhardy creations of HIS :)
Lovely Lovely lovely and Praises to HIM for inspiring you to write this for us to benefit from too.
TY Kay, HE Loves you and all of us, in that we can rest, and be comforted.

Love n hugs
Ch'erie
IN HIM.

Dear Kay,
this is absolutely excellent. We should never forget that He is always close to us to help us out of all misery. Some people do and exclude Him from their lifes. I feel sorry for them.
I love this one. It's a keeper.
