'tis just a note showing my smile so bright!
For you are the only Nurse, who tucked me in at night.
They took away my crown, dagger, and sword,
You were the only nice one, in my mental ward.

Other Nurses made fun of me, when I got my shots.
But when you smiled at me, I really got the hots.
How else may I thank you, over these many miles.
Yet! best to show my pictures watching me and my smiles.
