A Knights Tale Poem

Poem Artwork

It was the year two thousand and Eleven.

It was a big moment in times of our History,

It was big.

I solved a thousand Mysteries,

Ten thousand People of Rochdale - Were Partying so much,

It was the biggest event since Pioneers first opened a shop called Co-Op,

I made Dale so rich and prosperous,

I made the Forbes,

It's said 'The Richest Town in The World'

Our Royal Family came to see the Famous Canal's in Dale,

They came to Celebrate,

It was a national Holiday,

Everyone took a minute silence for Asha,

She was the biggest Winner Today,

Her offspring were Cherished & Honored Finally,

We had Half the World's Leaders to Witness Today,

All the Worlds top Bands Would Play,

Amongst hundreds of Actor's,

Daniel Craig came as Bond with a Tractor,

In Dale Every Single Top Brits From London,

Came To This Town in a Ton,

To Witness Miracle of Biblical Proportion,

'Fifty number one singles in England'- Said A Pioneer 'I want the same magic potion here!'

Wham, Beatles were our Trump Cards Which made our Nation Proud of Yesteryear's,

Our Royal was happy in Tears,

One Came, One Conquered our Soul- When he Cut his Stomach Open with a Knife,

He wanted to get to this keys- He didn't bother about money or his fees,

Which we would had paid in blood in Heaven,

It was the year twenty eleven,

Now he is going to be a Duke Soon,

He is a Splender Moon,

Fifty Million is his Fee,

Earl Tea,

Lords Slayering with a historic Sword,

Count & Viscount in hall of fame,

Everything looks more of a game,

A Poem by Rojob Abraham Khan(OBE, Ekushoy Padok)

To Shine like a Diamond, To honor our Forefathers, Loyalty to our Crown,

A whole lot of name dropping in this knight's tale of how the British celebrated 2011.
