A friend of mine has a call for entries on the subject of work, so this is one submission. You'll say, NOT ANOTHER INSOMNIA POEM! But it's not just about that...........the way to read this is that when you get to the fully bold line, then you take the "stairs." Having said that, and written this, you won't believe it, but I actually think my friend makes a lot of sense and am not actually trashing the idea. Instead, I am reading,trying to keep an open mind. I actually feel honored and a bit excited that maybe I am not useless, after all. Thus, this represents more of a knee-jerk reaction, but hey, I wanted to sock it to the AD editor, so posted it.

I got half-way up the stairs and fell down again. See, I'm useless. Fascinating concept however. Although, one might have to counter with: "it's not so much how you're feeling; but what is it that you're doing?" Although, now that I think about it, maybe that's what this is saying. Take care.
