Whispers From Your Heart




I lay my head in your lap,
Listening to you sing,
The music of your voice,
flows into my ears,
And into my heart,
beating with the joy,
As it listens,
to the whispers of love,

I curl my fingers in your hair,
stroking you softly,
living this life of love,
without a care in the world,
now that you are here,
we are living our dream...

With my heart wide open,
I hold your hand in mine,
feeling the tenderness of your fingertips,
I catch your fingers,
and move them over my lips,
kissing each finger as it passes,
one after another until I am done,
And begin anew...

I feel the love flow,
from your fingertips into my heart,
and I can't stop myself from leaning forward,
and kissing you,
whisper in your lovely ear,
"I love you so much..."

The whisper from your heart,
makes me feel precious,
But still I ask myself,
"Do I deserve the heart you offer me?"

I see the pain in your eyes,
as your heart speaks to mine,
so I answer as only I can,
"Ah love,
If you can melt the ice in my heart,
and ease the dark with the light of your life,
you deserve all I have to give you,
And so much more..."

I get up slowly,
and look into your eyes,
wishing you deeply in my heart,
I move toward your lips,
Asking you softly,
"Shall I kiss you?"

that burns with such passion in your heart,
Kiss me now,
and make me forget the past,
Help me to remember,
who I use to be..."

I hug you against me,
closing my eyes,
If this is a dream,
then I do not want to awaken!
My eyes keep shedding,
droplets of love,
My heart is singing the Song of Love!
Shouting to the world,
"You are my Life!"

I kiss your tears,
and wipe them away,
whisper softly,
"Baby, don't cry today-
This is a magic time,

the world does not exist,
In this lovely place,
We live here safely,

In a beautiful Garden of Love..."
