There's something about someone who's not afraid to show emotion. (French translation below)

Poem Artwork

Storm

I met Storm
In the madness of aging June
At the dawn of summer
Some sweet scented night
When the moon let the stars have the stage
They danced in the ebony sky
And sparkled like heavenly gems
In Storm’s honey hued hair

We just came to be
Together
Time stopped for awhile
We must have been on the edge of…
Or it was in the calm before…
For Storm was quiet
And mostly still

I love Storm
Sometimes she’s angry
Her emerald eyes flash
Not unlike lightning
She rants and lets her spirit
Tell it like she sees it
Then she is still once more
As though we were in the eye of a hurricane
Her voice is soft and enchanting
Sometimes she even sings
Softly as in a lullaby
It is easy to fall asleep
To the charms of Storm
And never want to awaken

Wonderful poem Regis! I love the striking imagery and wish I was fluent in French so I could appreciate it in the language in which it was written. I like people like storm who do not mince words and do not hesitate to show emotion, but tell it like it is!

This is a fact for sure. Emotion is such a real deep thing to embark upon and alot of people are so afraid to let it all hang out. Then again we must pick and choose whom to do this with.

Beautiful. Some men love a passionate, outspoken woman to be passionate and outspoken and love her even more close up and personal. Others claim they like passion but cannot handle its fire. A man who can handle the heat is like gold perfected in her flame. As they balance, hearth and home become quite cozy. ;-)Enjoyed this enchanting write, Regis. ~~Nordette

Storm is a river of high-voltage electricity for the love of art's sake rushing through a canyon of uncensored air and when you drag your shoes across the carpet, your scuffing pulls her sensual dance of persuasion. I dare you to reach for a metal doorknob! Storm is a spool of Gaia's copper wire unwound! Word painting with a million and a half volts, Regis. At close quarters with Storm, you need a gentle touch and protection as well!...
