Otherwise Brother Dog



I had a bit of a choking fit
And sadly that was almost it
Although not quite so I am alright

Having survived my destiny
Or that possible cause of death I
Would probably rather not die
But do my best for the rest of me

Just Brother Dog and me tonight
Another one done with the dying

Just wanting to live so trying
Even when things went down the wrong way
Dog came along for the long way

We both may be a bit hauntedly
Hard not to be for two old guys
Whether human canine otherwise
Together existentially

But my otherwise Brother Dog we
Already did all our crying
