Poem Artwork

All is lost, all is gone,

         no time left for setting suns,

darkest skies have shrunken low,

        what I thought...just wasn't so.

 

I am still as stony mounds,

        buried in the coldest ground.

Phantoms whisper in my head,

       echoing the words you said.

 

Sirens call, but I can't hear,

      soon, I feel, I'll disappear.

Drifting swiftly beyond sight,

      lost inside an endless night.
