Poem Artwork

So often, we peer into the glass of good intentions, carving up a way of life like it really means something within the grand scheme of things. Helpless and sheltered within the omnipresent embrace of a life of bitter carelessness.
Sliding , sliding  on a razors edge and the yellow  stinking water pours out of us spilling on the charred fields of our ambitions, flowing across the chapel floors of our hope and false intentions.
I bury my head in the sand and breathe the glass crystals deep, deep down in my lungs until I cannot move, until I twist and squirm around like an insect of a person afraid.
Crying, lamentation, praying- screaming out blame- screaming -screaming because I am a fool., Then it becomes clear, I don’t know anything! I have been lied to! I have been used! It doesn’t matter because in then end I’ll be in the same place as you and together we  will laugh at each other for being histories fool.

The discrepancies in both science and religion could fill the world's library, Eugene...this poem Histories Fool reminds us to take everything with a grain of sand...we need to use intuition and basic day to day common sense to learn of the things that do matter in life, and then share those things with our family, friends, and neighbors...there are those who wait for things to happen, there are those who MAKE things happen, and there are those who say "What Happened?!" History books give us the happenings and we decide on how to apply it as salve in our lives...it all makes sense once we divorce herd instinct and quit following nonsense...listening to our own "voice" that be intuition...be well.

Love,
Sage

Ashes to ashes, dust to dust. Your words are a veritable epiphany of the ephemeral nature of existence, this sit-com we call life. Nicely done.

There are too many who choose to desolve their prescense with drugs. It doesn't get any better and the end is always traumatic if not deathly.
Blessings and love,
Susan

I must say...that is a very...very...interesting photo Eugene…
“Histories Fool” is good reflection to remember
as there is nothing we can do about another having false intentions to us, they would in all the irony be the bigger fool…

though this is in drama...I must tell you I smiled at the closing how they laughed at each other...it stands to show we are all within flaws & imperfections :)
