Cannot fault the content and its expression, it is well said (but do pray for yourself sometimes:-)).
It is a good poem that sometimes has a rhyming and rhythm pattern that really works well and adds value to the flow and "sound" of the poem. But in some places it does not, and for me, it detracted a little from what is otherwise excellent work.
BTW I don't always go the way of rhyming but I believe rhythm and flow are always vital ingredients to any poem. Consider syllables (drats no spell checker here)they are the key to rhythm.

My honest thoughts are that this poem speaks with radiance and faith and also conveys hope and love for the world with LOTS of self-worth webbed. Brilliant.
