Realignment
 
Every now and then we tend
to be self-centered. My Friend
stands by me until the end.
Assignment: realignment …
letting the Spirit inside,
allowing peace, contentment
to take hold, fill me, abide.
 
Rational might not allow
us center stage. Take a bow!
We should praise Him here and now.
Assignment: realignment …
believe. Don’t push faith aside!
To serve God … make adjustments
and don’t let your joy e’er die!
 
Worries, doubt, faith, may suspend.
He doesn’t change--don’t pretend
its’ Him. Some lies never end.
Assignment: realignment
the reward … eternity
there to thrive infinity.
Faith and devotion MUST be!

Realignment...what a wonderful way to express returning to the faith...and letting it grow wild!
May I also say, not only is this writing very lovely, but the eyes on Jesus are captivating! You have artistic and poetic talent!
