Living life's last gasp, Grasp for pain and find no hold deeper, Cold sleeper, wake to find the sun, Beating down on this ghost town; population one.
Alone leave home and find your steps doubled, For the end started when the cold hearted found you, Dark blues surround you, sound off a curse, "Pound for pound you're the worse to come around here."
One tear sees the path set before, But freezes, wondering if it was born meant for more, Sent for your pity, innocent or guilty, You find the blinding winds leave your face foul and filthy.
Multiply your blurry eyes and find it doesn't help, To clean off the marks not afflicted, but still felt, Inside the anima of an animal, Pride, lust, unjust feelings; I'm the antidote.
Had I wrote lines not woven with rhyme, Would it change the pages? Leave the slack behind? Or blind the third eye, recycling antique rationale, Repeat the process reverently, but it seems that I'm last to bow.
Last to know how to walk a path immaculate, With sinners deep inside, leave your pride, Learn the half of it, Knowing the truth can't soothe the pain you found in, Your dirty soul, matching holes catches cold, Corruption flirting bold.
Hurting old scars, laughing fiends still falling fast, I survive climbing higher over the die cast, Clones reformed to form a useless nation, Bold thinkers hidden forced to fall between salvation.
Elation found awake in a world of wonder boundless, Lost words fatal, but finally I found them, But lost them again, as ink starts to leave my pen, Dry and forgotten, perhaps on love I'll write again.
The End.
